Job Responsibilities:-

1. In-depth knowledge of the maintenance process for wire drawing machinery and accessories related to the pre-drawing, patenting furnace, galvanizing process, finish drawing, tyre bead coating line, air compressor, and LPG maintenance and related utility works.

2. Plan and oversee all repair and installation activities of the machinery.

3. Have knowledge about day-to-day machinery breakdowns.

4. Having knowledge of machinery breakdown analysis.

5. Allocate daily manpower and monitor their activities.

6. Lead a team of maintenance, supervisor and shift technicians, providing guidance and support.

7. Conduct regular inspections to identify and address machine maintenance needs

8. Coordinate with production and other departments to schedule maintenance activities without disrupting operations.

9. Develop and Implement Preventive Maintenance Programs for all wire drawing machines.

10. Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical Issues In a timely manner.
