This role is responsible for developing, refining, and executing recruitment and sourcing strategies to attract, develop and retain highly qualified senior talent across all the businesses. The candidate will also be responsible for partnering with stakeholders to ensure a seamless and robust recruitment process for sourcing and assessing great talent for our organization.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
● Design and execute the talent sourcing strategy for the open roles. This includes understanding and mapping the external talent landscape, managing all candidates with the highest levels of care, providing a great experience to referrals to deliver on roles in their portfolio
● Independently identify, source, and interview candidates for the corporate/leadership role
● Find and engage unique and/or passive candidates through creative sourcing techniques
