We are hiring for Voice Associate (International Process)
• *Shift**:Pure Night shift (5 days a week)
• *Work Location**:42, Naba Krishna Guin Ln, near Academy School, Serampore, West Bengal 712201
• *Work Model**: Work from Office
• *Responsibilities**
- The primary task of an associate is to handle queries from customers or clients and provide them with a solution.
- Must be very effective in providing customer service by providing resolution to their queries and issues.

1. Able to understand the **English language. **Completely and grasp the project work quickly.

2. Able to understand the training provided by the team manager

3. Able to learn quickly with intense devotion.

4. Be a 100% team person and cooperative with teammates.

5. Sincere, dedicated, hardworking & detail Oriented.

6. Able to meet deadlines.

7. Open and compatible with the work culture of the BPO industry.

8. Must be able to do the Night Shift.
