About The Role

As the Gardener, you will work at the direction of the Maintenance Manager to undertake all assigned gardening duties.
• Manage all required Hospital gardening activities and duties as required
• Ensure all garden areas are neat, tidy and free from weeds
• Keep lawns trimmed and mowed
• Keep pathways and driveways cleared of garden debris and litter

About You
• Previous experience in a grounds/gardening position
• Demonstrated customer service skills
• Ability to work unsupervised and prioritise tasks effectively
• Good knowledge of flora / plant maintenance and growth
• Ability to ensure health and safety regulations are adhered to and work is carried out in a tidy, safe manner
