In this contract role, you will provide operational management to the Universities Infrastructure Executive Team.

Your Duties Will Include
• Oversee the activities within the Office with a focus on continuous improvement and operational efficiency
• Supports the Office through cascading information, delegating tasks and distributing information across the Executive on their behalf, through inbox triage and shadowing meetings
• Manages the Executive Assistant to ensure high level executive support is provided
• Manages the preparation of briefing notes and advice in advance of key meetings and committees
• Oversee and manage the office administration team having responsibility for office management, administration support services across key functions: HR, IT, Secretariat Support, Training and Development, as well as triaging operational issues.
