Reporting to the Customer Service Manager and based at the company's regional head office in Yatala the person will be a key point of contact for the customer base in Australia & New Zealand. The company is a major manufacturers of packaging for the Australian & New Zealand food industries and the person will be responsible for handling incoming sales enquiries and order placement on the plant and will work closely with the planning, production, sales and warehouse and distribution teams .The person will keep customers informed of order progression and deliveries as well as handling sales administration duties and ensure correct specifications and pricing for all orders.
