We are seeking a reliable and versatile individual to join our team as a Bell Tower Visitor Service Attendant. This role requires a passion for providing exceptional customer service, a knack for storytelling, and the ability to work effectively within a team. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about engaging with visitors, sharing the history and significance of Perth’s iconic Bell tower, and ensuring that every guest has a memorable experience. Outside of our normal everyday operations, The Bell Tower also hosts exclusive private events and weddings. Availability for the occasional night/weekend shift (up to midnight) is required.

Responsibilities
• Welcome visitors to the bell tower with warmth and professionalism
• Provide guided tours of the Bell Tower, sharing our history, bells, and architecture in our hands-on and interactive experience
• Run group tours with seniors, school children, special needs groups, and private bookings as required
