• You are the first point of contact for customers with questions about daily banking, loans and investments
• You follow up the customer files
• You detect commercial opportunities and you play an important role in prospecting and attracting new clients
• You take care of the daily operation of the office

What do we expect from you?
• You have at least a Bachelor degree in Finance and Insurance or a Master preferably in an economic field
• A first experience in a similar function is an asset
• You have the required bank certificates or you are willing to follow training to get them (requirement)
• You work proactively and independently
• You stay up-to-date regarding the evolution of the banking products
