About the Position: This position is located at the Department of Defense Education Activity, Head Quarters Directorate of Resource Management Division, RAT Travel Branch, located in Sembach, Germany.

Federal employees in Sembach, Germany are currently entitled to receive a 25% Post Allowance (COLA) in addition to the base salary. Percentage is subject to change.

This position is not covered by a bargaining unit.

Duties
• Formulate and justify a major segment of the district budget.
• Execute the District budget; identify and analyze trends in receipts, obligations, and expenditures.
• Compare the actual performance to the approved budget plan, and identification of variances.
• Identify and analyze cost-benefit relationships between the district's budget and administrative programs to develop multi-year budget plans and forecasts.
