Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Desk Receptionist. The Receptionist will be responsible for performing receptionist duties, clerical skills, managing phone etiquettes, communication, and providing exceptional customer service to hotel guests.

Qualifications
• Experience in phone etiquettes, receptionist duties, and clerical skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
