Description

We currently have a vacancy for a GIS Expert fluent in English, to offer his/her services as an expert who will be based in Ispra, Italy. The work will be carried out on the company’s premises or on-site at customer premises. In the context of the first assignment, the successful candidate will be integrated into the Development team of the company that will closely cooperate with a major client’s IT team on site.

Your tasks

Implementation of geospatial analysis tools for information retrieval and processing, including technical analysis and evaluation of the current disaster events retrieved by the systems, thus contributing to the preparation of the daily maps and Thematic maps;

GI requirements analysis and software engineering at all stages as well as Administration of GIS software;

Conducting GI data analysis and data modelling together with monitoring and testing of the GIS architecture;
