Your Responsibilities
• Driving M&A transactions with a special focus on strategic fit, valuation, due diligence, negotiation of transaction documents, synergy identification, signing and closing
• Creating value-adding scenarios and transferring strategic options into solid business cases
• Proactive management of projects, lead cross-functional teams and collaborate with advisors
• Organizing and developing the content of top management meetings, such as decision memos and presentations
• Conducting workshops in your own responsibility
• Taking over responsibility for work packages and initiatives in the field of corporate finance, strategy development and other special projects

Your Qualifications
• Master degree in business administration / finance and/or technical degree
• Several years of relevant work experience in the industry in an analytical work environment, “Big Four”, private equity or investment banking
• Track record of dealing with M&A transactions
