The Job
• Get the full ownership and lead the region to achieve company goals
• Develop strategic plan to enhance network availability within the region to provide excellent customers experience
• Transform divisional strategic directions and specific initiatives into actionable items which can assign effectively considering staff competencies and passion
• Responsible for annual budget preparation (Opex/Capex) for the region based on yearly business targets/forecasts adhering to company policies
