Role Description

This is a contract role for a Human Resources Associate. The Human Resources Associate will be responsible for assisting with HR operations including hiring, onboarding, training and development. The Human Resources Associate will also be responsible for communication with internal staff and external stakeholders. This is an on-site role located in Kathmandu, Nepal.

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an emphasis on empathy and active listening.
• Professionalism in all aspects of HR responsibilities and interactions.
• Detail-oriented and able to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
