Duties * You will work with a wide variety of composite materials such as aramid fivers embedded in epoxy or polyester resins. * You will apply the full range of manufacture and fabrication techniques to plan and lay out composite items and assemblies for items. * You will use a variety of hand tools and precision measuring instruments. * You will fabricate, modify, and repair a variety of aircraft parts and component subassemblies. * You will sand, grind, and drill metallic and fibrous materials. * You will establish work sequences and operations and provide guidance and interpretations to lesser skilled workers.
