Our Project Management department in Kristiansund is now looking for a Study & Engineering Manager.

What will you be doing?
• Lead and manage a multi discipline team of engineers in study phase and project execution phase
• Drive the development of our projects
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality projects
• Mentor and develop team members
• Continuously improve processes and practices
• Develop a strong collaboration with customer representatives
