THE ROLE

Our client is looking for an Appointment Setter internally known as Client Engagement Associate, who will be responsible for connecting with clients and booking coaches for them based on their business needs. This role will manage a group of coaches and will utilize CRM software and marketing channels in aiming to keep them engaged.

SCHEDULE: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (9:00 PM – 6:00 AM Philippine Standard Time), follows Philippine holidays

POSITION TYPE: Full Time

WORK ARRANGEMENT: Remote

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
• Select, engage, and book people using LinkedIn Recruiter
• Manage up to 8 coaches
• Utilize marketing channels such as LinkedIn Recruiter and texting depending on the project
• Use pre-written scripts for engagement and be able to go "off-script" as necessary after training
• Utilize and be proficient with ESC2 (CRM) and You Can Book Me

QUALIFICATIONS
• A Bachelor’s degree in the related field is preferred
