Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Food and Beverage Manager located in Abeokuta. The Food and Beverage Manager will oversee the overall operation of the hotel's food and beverage department, including managing the front and back of house teams, developing and maintaining menus, ensuring high levels of customer service, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field
• 3+ years of food and beverage management experience in a hotel or restaurant setting
• Demonstrated understanding of food and beverage operations, including but not limited to, menu development, inventory management, and profit and loss analysis
• Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team, exceptional communication and organizational skills, and strong attention to detail
