Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Field Engineer located in New Delhi. The Field Engineer will be responsible for conducting installations, maintenance, repairs, and upgrades of equipment and systems at customer sites. The Field Engineer will also provide technical support and troubleshoot issues to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project completion.

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Computers hardware networking or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in field engineering or a similar role
• Excellent knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems
• Experience in troubleshooting and problem-solving technical issues
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Willingness to travel to customer sites
