We are looking for a chef de partie (hot section) for a newly opening restaurant in Assagao, Goa.
They must possess the following:
1. Must possess basic knowledge of Indian cuisine.
2. Should at least have 4-5 years of work ex.
3. Should be fluent in Hindi or english language.
4. Should be location mobile to be able to shift to Goa.
5. Should have the right attitude to learn & grow
6. Should have an adaptive nature.
7. Should be able to lead a team of line cooks under him/her.
