Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Dispatcher located in Kapurthala Punjab. As a Dispatcher, you will be responsible for efficiently dispatching and monitoring company drivers and equipment while ensuring excellent service and communication with customers and vendors.

Requirements
• US and Canada Dispatch: 1 years’ experience
• Only Experience candidate required from the same field.
• Having good knowledge of dispatch (Drayage/Intermodal/OTR Shipment)
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to demonstrate flexibility, accuracy, and attention to detail.
• Effective problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Proficient in basic computer software programs including Microsoft Office and transportation management systems (TMS)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities effectively • Positive attitude and ability to work in a team-based environment.
