This role is to join an existing IT Team who provide IT support to 46 retail stores nationwide as well as our head office and warehouse operations based in Castlebar, Co. Mayo. The Business Analyst will work across the company to research existing processes, systems and reports and suggest improvements.

You will be responsible for taking on different challenges as part of business as usual space and within the project capacity and will liaise with multiple departments and teams, and tasks will include data and process analysis, documentation development, process improvement, requirement gathering, constructing business cases and understanding business needs.

This is a flexible working role with a requirement to attend onsite in our HQ in Castlebar full time for the initial onboarding period and then for all planned onsite work/emergencies/meetings as is required.
