We are looking for an empathic and agile talent with passion and drive for our boutique in taormina. The Deputy Store Manager will support the Store Manager in the Boutique managerial activities, in sales and operative goals achievement, ensuring specific policies and guidelines in line with Christian Dior expectations.

Tasks & Responsibilities
• Supporting the Store Manager activity in the sales objective’s achievement, monitoring and developing sales analysis, creating proper action plans to share with the sales staff
• Management of the staff shift plans and coverage of sales floor in Boutique
• Supporting the Store Manager and contributing to the evaluation process of team performance in terms of quantitative and qualitative goals achievement, sharing with the Store Manager possible training needs to propose corrective actions
