Role Description

Gaming Innovation Group is seeking a Corporate & Commercial Lawyer for a full-time role. The Corporate & Commercial Lawyer will be responsible for managing legal issues and providing legal advice to the business. The daily tasks associated with this role will include drafting and reviewing commercial contracts, confidentiality agreements, handling non-complex corporate transactions and keeping corporate records as well as maintaining a contract management system and supporting the company secretary in his duties.

Qualifications
• Legal knowledge with emphasis on corporate and commercial law
• Experience dealing with corporate transactions, such as share issues, share transfers, intra group mergers, keeping of corporate registers etc.
