Role Description

This is a full-time Administrative Assistant role located in Benin City. The role entails providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. You will support managers and employees through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication. The candidate must be able to ensure timely and accurate delivery of information, increase efficiency and meet tight deadlines.

Qualifications
• At least a high school degree or GED equivalent
• Good communication skills and sound interpersonal relationship skills
• Computer literacy and proficiency with Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
• Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
• Strong team player with excellent problem-solving skills
