Duties The primary purpose of this position is: to serve as an Air Reserve Technician (ART), technical authority responsible for coordinating the work of other journey-level workers to perform/advise scheduled or unscheduled inspections, repairs, replacements, troubleshoot, documentation, build-up and tear down, flightline maintenance and operational runs of aircraft propulsion systems installed or uninstalled, and to provide training to all assigned reservist personnel as required in the accomplishment of duties set forth herein. Determine when the nature and scope of repair involves other trades, e.g., aircraft mechanics, electricians, electronics mechanics, sheet metal/structural repair or integrated systems mechanics and coordinate the work of these individuals with the other trades.
