The Contact Centre Manager will play a pivotal role in establishing and expanding our new department. This position is ideal for a driven individual with a robust sales background and a minimum of 3 years of experience. From the outset, you will be involved in hands-on sales activities, with the long-term goal of developing and leading a high-performing team.

• Initiate and manage sales calls, setting a high standard for lead interactions.
• Develop, lead and manage a team.
• Utilize CRM systems to track and manage leads through the sales pipeline efficiently.
• Employ exceptional organizational skills to oversee the daily operations of the contact centre.
• Demonstrate outstanding English communication skills, both written and verbal, to ensure premium customer interactions.
