About The Role

This position is required to proactively drive the identification and realisation of the benefits of change in the context of innovation for Wodonga TAFE, Navy, and Army through the Joint Technical Trades Training Services (JTTTS) Contract. The role will focus on using ideation to build and deliver innovation solutions supported by technology.

Selected Duties

• Identify opportunities at all levels within the training continuum and drive action on

innovation ideas

• Seek and obtain funding for innovative projects for Wodonga TAFE

• Ensure innovation provides value to customers

• Be a trusted advisor on innovative training technology including simulation, Augmented

Reality, Virtual Reality, data analytics, distributed and blended learning
