Job Description:
• Oversee daily operations through collaboration with senior management and division leads.
• Perform a range of administrative tasks including managing calendars, generating correspondence, organizing files, and coordinating corporate meetings and follow-ups.
• Act as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients, and external partners.
• Handle company and project-related documents, including letters, meeting minutes, memos, progress reports, and other technical documents.
• Prepare and monitor budget.
• Manage communication between management and different departments and customers.
