Purpose of the Role
• To coordinate and manage statutory compliance.
• To facilitate corporate governance.
• To administer the repository of corporate documentation for the companies registered, including its collection, processing, verification, recording, reconciliation, and reporting.
• To ensure that company statutory, tax, legal, and regulatory filing required is completed (online and physical).
