Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Reservations Sales Specialist for a hotel group located in Anjuna and Calangute Goa. The Reservations Sales Specialist will be responsible for handling customer inquiries related to reservations, providing exceptional customer service, and generating sales through reservations. Must be based in Goa. Must have a Bike. Should be a team player and have good knowledge about the industry. Good Travel agent network. OTA management experience.
