Our Sales department is looking for a passionate and hardworking candidate to join us as a Relationship Manager

Roles Responsibility
• The Sales manager's team is in charge of assembling the team (Life insurance advisors) from their personal and professional networks.
• Keep an eye on the agency team's daily operations, planning, and execution.
• Locate and hire prospective insurance advisors
• Ensuring agent motivation and fostering a long-lasting relationship between the agents and the business.
• Keeping an eye on the sales team's performance and activity.
• Fostering trusting relationships with the team and the clients.
• Use the need-based Selling Model and abide by it.

Candidate Profile
• Any bachelor's Degree
• 2 + year experience in sale and marketing in any field
• Age between 21 to 38
• Minimum one year of work experience in sales profile.
• Ability to lead a sales team.
• Good communication, selling and negotiation skills
