Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Management Trainee - Human Resources based in Kalimantan. The Management Trainee will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to HR management, HR policies, employee benefits, and personnel management.

Qualifications
• Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills
• Experience with HR policies and personnel management
• Knowledge of employee benefits administration and management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Fresh Graduates are welcome
• Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations

Relevant skills and qualifications that would be beneficial include attention to detail, problem-solving skills, ability to prioritize tasks, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS software. More Detail
