Candidates should be from Life Insurance, Agency channel with average stability of 3 years.

Should have local market exposure and experience in process driven, quality sales organizations

Role Responsibilities
• Revenue targets of the unit
• Productivity of the unit
• Adherence to Customer service standards
• Achieve revenue targets
• Supervise the activity plan of Sales
• Ensure that all Sales Managers and Agents under supervision perform as per the company's rules and regulations
• Identify, interview and select new Sales Managers from natural market and by networking
• Ensure adherence to laid down sales and service standards for Sales Managers
