TTM Healthcare are currently recruiting Clinical Nurse Manager on behalf of a newly opened 90-bed nursing home based in Waterford

This is a Permanent Full Time position working 39 hours per week.

Salary : €50K - €55K (depending on experience)

The Role

The CNM will be responsible for providing clinical leadership support, assisting with the managing the day-to-day clinical practices in the home, appropriate staff rostering, The CNM will work collaboratively with the ADON and Healthcare Manager as part of the team in the Nursing Home, providing clear communication and direction. The position reports to the Director of Nursing / Person in Charge.

Requirements
• First level registration Registered on appropriate part of Irish live register.
• Evidence of continuous Professional Development
• Previous management experience
• Eligible to work in Ireland
