German Technician | Contracts & Invoicing We are looking for a Invoice & Contracts Management Technician fluent in German for a client in Porto. Are you interested? Apply now! The purpose of the role is to: ➡Register and update relevant information about the contracts and invoices in SAP for each client;➡Centralize all the necessary information and documentation for the timely issue of invoices/notes of credit and debit;➡Carry out the annual update of the common costs, budgeted and approved, to be charged to each tenant;➡Provide information to the Collections Department, in cases of transfers of contractual position, revocation or termination of the contract. ❕ Fluent in German and English; ❕ Degree in Management or Social Sciences (preferred but not mandatory);❕ User in Ms Office, particularly Excel (mandatory) and SAP knowledge would be a plus;❕ High level of accuracy and reliability;❕ Strong organizational and communication skills; ⭐ Direct contract with the client; ⭐ Working hours...
