Duties * Prepare and conduct state briefings to explain program, policies, changes, etc. and trains assigned state education Officers/Non-commissioned Officers (NCO), in ACES programs and enrollment procedures, etc. * Responsible to plan, direct, coordinate and report on the full scope of activities required to accomplish the Army Continuing Education System (ACES) program for the assigned state/region. * Explain benefit (Veteran's Assistance, Tuition Assistance, etc.) and aids in securing proof of eligibility for benefits and assists students' application, degree programs, evaluation of HS and college transcripts, accreditation, etc. * Counsel military personnel providing guidance on the establishment and planning of realistic educational goals.
