Responsibilities
• Monitor all HR processes related to DC employees (Attendance, Payroll, BPJS, Insurance)
• Coordinate with internal/external parties related to the needs of DC employees
• Responsible for DC personnel recruitment process

Requirements
• Candidate must own at least a Bachelor Degree from any major with a minimum GPA of 3.00 (on a scale of 4.00)
• At least 2 - 3 years of experience as HRGA Supervisor or similar role is required for this position
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
• Willing to be placed in Sumatra (Bukittinggi)
