Responsibilities

Communicate with users and understand their needs.

Note and calculate user requirements and experience, to ensure maximum usability.

Engage the users more to use the app and its new functions and features.

Collect user feedback to deliver the information to other teams.

Handling our social media channels.

Reach out to potential users and customers

Increase social media followers and reach organically.

Contact the users by email, phone calls, and visits if needed

Qualifications

Related Academic background, for example, marketing, sales, or digital marketing.

Organic Digital marketing knowledge and experience.

Great convincing and communication skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Must be fluent in English & and good in Swedish

This Internship is unpaid but possible to do it remotely and in flexible hours.
