We are a Bali-based company producing handmade jewellery, and with our business expanding, we are seeking a fast-learning, and dynamic individual to join our team as an Operations Executive .

Responsibilities:
• Manage and track sales orders
• Oversee inventory, storekeeping, and logistics onsite and offsite( at consignment stores)
• Use Canva in creating factory artworks (training will be provided)
• Manage supplies and ensure inventory and accounts are accurate
• Occasionally travel within Ubud by bike
• Work with existing vendors in Bali and outside of Indonesia
• Expand our consignment networks in Bali and overseas
