Required Education: Diploma in Mechanical with min 2 to 3 Years Experience as Production Supervisor Profile in Crane and Hydraulic Manufacturing Industry or any Capital Goods Industry

JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Lead and supervise a team of fabricators to execute the fabrication of EOT crane components according to engineering drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Plan and coordinate daily fabrication activities, including resource allocation, production scheduling, and workflow optimization to meet production targets and project deadlines.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and best practices in all fabrication processes, including material handling, welding, cutting, and assembly, to maintain a safe working environment.
