Implement and ensure the adherence of Service Quality Standards for smoothening the workshop operations and increasing the customer satisfaction.
• Resolving the customer dissatisfaction through coordination with dealer.
• Analyzing the dealer operations for reducing the operational costs and increasing the workshop productivity by identifying the workshop bottleneck.
• Conducting various customer centric activities for increasing the customer satisfaction
• Analysis of the various data for increasing the customer satisfaction and improving the workshop Productivity.
• Ensuring the training of workshop team for quality service through coordination with training department.
• Coordinating with Spares Parts Division for timely parts availability at workshop and ensuring timely vehicle delivery.
