FOR THE POST OF PROFESSOR

i. Essential :

a) A Ph.D. Degree with First Class Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Law

b) A Minimum of 15 years of experience in teaching/research and / or industry at the level of Associate Professor or equivalent grade, excluding period spent on obtaining the research leading to Ph.D degree/academic administration in a University or/and in any of its affiliated College or/and Research Institute or research Centre, wholly or in parts.

AND

c) Minimum 10 SCI Publications in peer-reviewed or UGC-listed journals

AND

d) Minimum Research Score of 120

AND

e) Successfully guided at least 2 doctoral candidates.

OR

ii. In the event the candidate is from industry and the profession, the following shall constitute as essential:

1. First Class Master's Degree in Law.
