**Job Description**:

- Responsible for store performance and support store owners to achieve sales target and ensure good customer experience is provided.
- Ensure franchisees’ compliance with all requirements stated in the franchise agreement and operations manual.
- Provide training and advice regarding operational concerns such as personnel management techniques, productivity, inventory supply and control, and financial control.
- Provide advice regarding individual unit advertising, point-of-purchase advertising, and customer handling.
- Help store owners with all the issues involved in operating their unit.
• *Requirements**:

- Proficiency in using Bahasa and English as daily conversations
- Having minimum 3 years experience in Retail
- Excellent Interpersonal and communication Skills
- Has experience working in Start-ups business will be an added advantages
- Has a sense of Business mindset
