WE ARE HIRING AN OPERATIONS MANAGER

We're seeking an Operations Manager for our 300-acre TJC Mango Farm in Kuaragama. This role involves overseeing all farm aspects, including crop performance and pack house operations, requiring hands-on management and decision-making skills. The ideal candidate is a team player with leadership qualities, able to manage daily issues and identify maintenance needs. Experience in agriculture and mango farming is essential.

Key Responsibilities:
• Optimize mango crop performance for high yields and quality.
• Oversee sorting, packing, and shipping with a focus on maintaining high standards.
