• Assist advertisers and agencies by resolving technical issues, reporting bugs, and providing guidance on using the advertising platform.
• Mediate and resolve customer issues and conflicts.
• Provide excellent customer service through various tasks like managing inquiries via email and chat, with a focus on converting cases into outbound calls for personalized assistance, resolving issues, updating information, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
