Our client, a high-end clothing company, requires a Store Manager for their Somerset West outlet.Primary Responsibilities:- Oversee day-to-day operation of the store, including supervising staff, managing inventory, and ensuring customer satisfaction- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability- Create and maintain a positive work environment for all employees- Train and motivate staff to provide excellent customer service- Ensure store is clean, organized, and in compliance with health and safety regulations- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner- Manage budget and expenses to meet financial goals- Analyze sales data and trends to make informed decisions- Collaborate with regional manager and other store managers to share best practices and drive successPersonality traits: Confident, ambitious, honest, loyal, conscientious, determination, humble, kind, energetic.Individual needs to be willing to put in the hard work, go the extra...
