Roles And Responsibilities:

• Assisting in the recruitment process by posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and coordinating interviews.

• Screening resumes and application forms

• Scheduling and confirming interviews with candidates

• Posting, updating and removing job ads from job boards, careers pages and social networks

• Preparing HR-related reports as needed.

• Participating in organizing company events and careers days

• Managing employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality, and handling HR-related documentation.

• Maintaining employee attendance and updating it accordingly.

• Spearheading seamless onboarding processes for new hires.

• Efficiently handling the exit process, ensuring a positive departure experience.

Requirements:-

• Independent and proactive way of working.

• Analytical and organized approach.

• University level studies in Human Resources.

• Excellent Verbal and communication skills.
