Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Manager Warehouse Manado/Makassar at PT Kamadjaja Logistics located in Manado / Makassar. The Operations Manager will be responsible for managing and overseeing daily warehouse operations and ensuring smooth and efficient operations and logistics. The Operations Manager will lead a team of associates and work closely with other departments to achieve operational goals and objectives.

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• At least 5 years of experience in warehouse and logistics operations management
• Strong leadership skills and ability to lead and develop a team of associates
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work collaboratively across teams
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (excel and ppt), WMS, SAP
