Role Description
• Manage the loyalty programs set for existing customers and to attract new customers.
• Develop new initiatives for retention of the existing customers.
• Co-ordinate with the Marketing / Internal Audit teams to implement the loyalty and retention platform which monitor the behavior of all the existing customers.
